Benjamin E. Dennard of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale.
He was born December 5, 1942 in Winter Haven, Florida to the late Tom C. and Susie (Addison) Dennard. He was a Deputy Sheriff for Polk County for 25 years. He was a member of the Police Auxiliary.
He is survived by his wife, Katherine Dennard; daughters, Karen Sue Dennard, Joy Lynn Myers, and husband Marty of AL; son, Donald Earl Dennard and wife Laurie of AL; sister, JoAnn Nettleton and husband, Robert of Haines City, FL; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and one nephew.
Visitation will be held 2:00PM until service time at 3:00 PM Friday, August 17, 2018 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home
