BENJAMIN PETER “BEN” BIALOBZESKI, 87

Benjamin Peter “Ben” Bialobzeski of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, October 4, 2008 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

Born September 2, 1921 in Albany, NY; he came here 14 years ago from Miami. He was a head waiter for Riviera Country Club in Coral Gables. He attended the St. James Catholic Church in North Miami and was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Marine Corp.

Ben was preceded in death by his wife, Francine M. Bialobzeski in 1984. Survivors include his nephew, David Cole of Atlanta, GA; nieces, Justina Carron of North Palm Beach, Victoria Potuck of Baltimore, MD, Julianne Fleming of CT, Virginia Valenze of NJ and Deborah Valenze of New York City, NY.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 until 4:00 PM, Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home, Lake Wales. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at the Dade Memorial Park, Miami, FL.
