Barbara Champney Manry, 66, of Lake Wales passed away Friday, June 6, 2008 at Wedgewood of Winter Haven.

Born July 9, 1941 in Little Falls, NY; she came to Lake Wales from Vermont 50 years ago. She was a Paraeducator for the Polk County School Board and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her daughters, Leigh Anne Sikes of Babson Park and Laura Eckhardt of Tallahassee; sons, Adam Sikes of Tallahassee and Kevin Sikes of Canton, MI; brother, Gary Champney of St. Pete; sister, Pat Morrison of Ft. Pierce; and 6 grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, June 9, 2008 at First Presbyterian Church, Lake Wales with Rev. Chad Reynolds and Rev. Heiko Burklin officiating.
