Barbara Jane Edwards

Barbara Jane “Barb” Edwards of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, December 14, 2013 at the Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale.

She was born February 4, 1927 n Great Falls, MT to the late Edgar & Eleanor Fisk; and she came to the Lake Wales area from Cooper City, FL 30 years ago. She was a retired interpreter for Pan American Airways and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. She was a volunteer at the Lake Wales Care Center, Bok Tower and the church library.

Barb was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Edwards and a brother, Merlin Fisk. Survivors include her brother, Donald A. Fisk of Kissimmee.

Memorial service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, December 28, 2013 at the First Presbyterian Church in Lake Wales.
