Barbara Cook, 81, of Lake Wales passed away Thursday, March 6, 2008 at Palm Garden of Winter Haven.

Born February 18, 1927 in Cambridge, MA; she came here from Miami in 1988. She was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include her husband, Frank “Cookie” Cook of Lake Wales; daughter, Joyce Ann Cook of Pensacola; and sister, Jean Marie Lalone of Hawaii.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 until 4:00 PM, Sunday, March 9, 2008 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales.
