A.V. Williams

A.V. Williams, 86 of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Friday, February 22, 2019 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

He was born on April 23, 1932 in Dekalb County, Alabama to the late Silas David and Lovie Odell (Higginbothom) Williams and he has been a resident of this area for the past 75 years moving here from Alabama. He was a retired Single Strength Mixer for Citrus World. , A.V. enjoyed working with wood and working on cars his way. He was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church of Lake Wales.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years Bernice Williams; son, Pastor David Williams and his wife Ruth of Lake Wales; 2 grandchildren, Nathan Williams and Rebecca Williams.

Memorial services will be held at the Lighthouse Baptist Church at a later date.
