Audrey Louise Audette, 94

Audrey Louise Audette of Lake Wales passed away Sunday, June 28, 2020 at her residence.

She was born August 17, 1925 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to the late Cyril and Margaret LeFort. She has been a resident of Lake Wales since 2015, moving here from Port St. Lucie. Audrey was a retired Riveter for Sealol Company and helped put Apollo 11 up. She was part of a craft group since the 1970’s and was very active in the community at Spanish Lakes in Port St. Lucie.

Audrey was preceded in death by her daughter, Marie Grable and husband Jack; sister, Margaret Jean O’Keefe, and great-grandchild, Robin Ann Kirk. She is survived by her grandchildren, Dean Kirk and wife Jessica, and Robin Bessenaire and husband Paul; great-grandchildren, Holly, Heather, Brian, and Dominick; and nieces, Jean Cardarelli and Antonia Greenlee.

Memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Inurnment will be held at a later date at White City Cemetery in Fort Pierce.
