Arthur Lelland Livermore, 84
Lake Wales, FL - Arthur Lelland Livermore (Arti) of Lake Wales passed away suddenly on October 19, 2018, in his home. Born on October 13, 1934 in Detroit MI he came to Florida with his parents William and Stella Livermore who predeceased him. He joined the Navy in 1953 and traveled the world. Arti was very proud of his Navy service on the USS Forrestal. He was an outdoors man, he lived in Alaska for several years. During that time period, he hunted, fished, and camped every weekend. Arti finally settled on Blue Lake and built his home there.
Mr. Livermore is survived by his wife of 39 years Nancy "My Nancy" Livermore and his children Debi (Livermore) and Michael Edmondson, Angi Livermore, Ben and Pam Ingram, and Steven Ingram. He is also survived by a brother, Del Livermore, 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
His friendliness, never ending stories, and smile will be missed by all that knew him!
Family will receive friends 5:00PM until service at 6:00PM on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Pastor K.C. Crum officiating. Interment will be at Florida National Cemetery, in Bushnell, FL, 11:00 AM Friday, October 26, 2018.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to Lake Pierce Baptist Church, in Lake Wales, Fl. to help missionaries.
