April R. Hernandez of Lakeland, Florida passed away Friday, January 18, 2019 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center.
She was born August 15, 1978 in Edgefield, South Carolina. She has been a resident of the area for 16 years coming from Lake Wales, Florida. She was a Homemaker. April loved to fish, dance and go to her children’s games.
She is preceded in death by her father Raymond Eugene Blue Jr.
She is survived by her husband of 14 years Domingo, daughters Nay Nay, Jasmine, sons Tony, Leon, Cali, Jamie, Beto, sisters Angel and Bones, mother Kitty Rose Bundrick, and one grandchild Azzy, Aunt Nina and her Daddy Alvin Madden, Jr.
Visitation will be held 6:00PM Friday, January 25, 2019 until service time at 7:00PM at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home.
