Antolino Ruiz

Antolino Ruiz, of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, January 14, 2012 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

He was born September 1, 1937 in Moca, Puerto Rico to the late Fermin and Esmeralda (Hernandez) Ruiz. He has been a resident of Lake Wales for 7 years moving here from Georgia. He was a retired Steam Presser.

Antolino was preceded in death by his parents, Fermin and Esmeralda Hernandez Ruiz. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Aida Luisa Acevedo; daughters, Leticia Sanchez of Queens, New York and Eileen Ruiz of Lake Wales; sons, Luis A. Ruiz of Cleveland, Georgia and Alberto Ruiz of Lawrenceville, Georgia; sisters, Paula Acevedo, Bonifacia Ruiz, Nereida Ruiz and Lucy Acevedo; brother, Marin Ruiz; and seven grandchildren.

Family will receive friends on Monday, January 16, 2012 from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home, Lake Wales. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at the funeral home.
