Anthony 'Tony" Barnes

Anthony “Tony” D. Barnes 59, of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016 at his residence.

He was born September 13, 1956 in Bryant, Alabama to the late Alford and Mildred (Laney) Barnes.He has been a resident of the area since 1970 coming from Alabama. He was a retired Electrician and enjoyed fishing.

He is survived by his sons Rickey Barnes and wife Brooke of Davenport, FL, Randy Barnes and wife Rebecca Bedford of Haines City, FL, sisters Melissa Smith of Frostproof, FL, Janice Hamby and husband Jerry of Ft. Payne, AL, Pamela Hass and husband Carl of Nashville, GA, Carolyn Hancock of Nashville, GA, brother Buddy Barnes of Manilla, AK, and 5 grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held 3:00PM Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home Chapel.
