Annie Kaye Stripling, 81

Annie Kaye Stripling of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at her residence.

She was born January 27, 1943 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Robert and Leola Beasley; she moved to Lake Wales from Georgia in 1958. Annie was a retired hairdresser and homemaker. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Annie was a crafty person especially when it came to sewing and painting. She enjoyed watching television shows and movies. She was an amazing baker who made the best cinnamon rolls.

Annie was preceded in death by her husband, Aubury Stripling in 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Crank (Larry) of Lake Wales; sons, Dean Stripling (Cindy) of Lake Wales and Dwight Stripling (Tammie) of Lake Wales; twin sister, Carrie Fay Harris of Georgia; grandchildren, Justin, Magen, Joshua, and Jessica; and nine great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Interment will follow at Lake Wales Cemetery.
