Anne Risdon Malatesta

Anne Risdon Malatesta of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at her residence.

She was born December 9, 1952 in Newport News, VA to the late Marshall and Lelia Risdon. She was a district biologist for the Florida Division of Forestry.

Anne is survived by her brothers, George Risdon of Charlottesville, VA and Cable Risdon of Doe Hill, VA; and sister, Jennifer Risdon of New York City.

A memorial service will be held at The Church of the Good Shepherd in Lake Wales on August 1 at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made for the creation of a memorial garden and plaque in her memory. Donations can be sent to: The Natives Inc., 2929 JB Carter Rd., Davenport, FL 33837.
