Andrew Alexander Alvarado

Andrew Alexander Alvarado of Lake Wales passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at the St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa.

He was born November 9, 2011 in Haines City to Daniel Alvarado and Noell Ledford. He is also survived by his twin brother, Bryson Clay Alvarado; paternal grandmother, Amy Alvarado of Winter Haven; paternal great-grandparents, Patsy & Dan Blackburn of Winter Haven; maternal grandmother, Dianne Bates of Lake Wales; maternal great-grandmother, Elizabeth Murray of Winter Haven; and maternal great-grandfather, Richard Bates of Frostproof. Andrew is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Rafael Alvarado and maternal grandfather, Steven Ledford.

Visitation will be held 12:00 until the funeral service at 1:00 pm Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Rev. Kelly Galati officiating. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
