Alphonse Anthony VanSickle of Lake Wales passed away Friday, October 13, 2023.
He was born February 22, 1996, in Avon Park. Alphonse was a sales representative for a cigar shop.
Alphonse is survived by his father, Gabino Martinez of Lake Wales; mother, Rebecca VanSickle of Oregon; half-sister, Thalia of Oregon; and half-brother, Julian of Oregon.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Interment will follow at Lake Wales Memorial Gardens.
