WINTER HAVEN -- Mrs. Alice Faye Corley of Winter Haven died of cancer Thursday (March 2, 2006) at Good Shepherd Hospice. She was 65.

Born in Sebring on May 16, 1940, she was a lifelong resident of the area. She worked for Corley's Citrus and Auburndale Market. She attended Southside Assembly of God in Lakeland.

Mrs. Corley is survived by her husband, Richard "Dick" Corley; daughters, Kathy Mallory, Sandra Smith, both of Lake Wales; son, Richard E. Corley Jr., Richmond, Ky.; mother, Alma Douglas, Winter Haven; sister, Gail Harrison, Eagle Lake; eight grandchildren; 10 greatgrandchildren.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 this evening at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Lake Wales Cemetery.
