Alfredo Alcantar

Alfredo Alcantar, 66, passed away May 22, 2008 in Winter Haven, Florida.

Born March 28, 1942 in McAllen, Texas, he moved to Frostproof in 1988 coming from Elgin, Illinois. He worked in the steel manufacturing industry and was of Catholic Faith attending the Catholic Church in Haines City.

Survivors include his wife, Cenorina Alcantar of Frostproof; daughters Romelia Aguilar and Leticia Aguilar; sons Tomas Aguilar, Francisco Aguilar, and Narbel Aguilar all of Frostproof; 20 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Visitation will be held Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM with services on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Frostproof. Interment will follow at the Silver Hill Cemetery in Frostproof.
