Alejandro Granados Flores, 68, of Lake Wales, Florida, passed away Friday, May 30, 2008 at his residence.

Born February 27, 1940 in Mexico; he came to Lake Wales from Mexico 8 years ago. He was a farmer and a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

Alejandro was preceded in death by his daughter, Josefina Granados. Survivors include his wife, Lucresia Gomez Granados of Lake Wales; children, Alejandro Granados of Belle Glade, FL; Celia Granados of Placentia, CA; Maria del Carmen Granados of Houston, TX; Jose Luis Granados of Pahokee, FL; Maria Elena Granados of Arcelia, Guerrerro; Jesus Granados of Belle Glade, FL; Paciano Granados of Lake Wales, FL; Fabian Granados of Lake Wales, FL; Paulino Granados of Lake Wales, FL; Andres Granados of Pahokee; Adelina Granados of Lake Wales, FL; brothers & sisters, Seferino Granados of FL; Oliverio Granados of Aguas Calientes; Zenayda Granados of Mexico; Julia of Mexico; 37 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Saturday, May 31, 2008 and 1:00 – 4:00 PM, Sunday, June 01, 2008 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home, Lake Wales. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, June 2, 2008 at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Lake Wales. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
