Alberta Pearl Levene

Alberta P. Levene, 90, of Pinellas Park, Florida passed away Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Tierra Pines Center in Largo, Florida. She was born on October 7, 1925 in Syracuse, New York to the late Earl and Pearl (Lake) Kerr and she has been a resident of Lake Wales since 1980 moving here from Miami, and she moved to Pinellas County 10 years ago to be with her family. She was a School Bus Driver for 26 years for the Polk County School Board prior to her retirement and was a member of the South Lake Wales Church of God. Alberta loved reading, traveling and bowling. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Levene and brother, Merton Kerr. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy East of Pinellas Park, Florida; granddaughter, Amy East of Pinellas Park and Great Granddaughter, Jada Kramer. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, December 18, 2015 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Lake Wales Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Friday from 12 noon until service time.
