Albert W. “AL” Ludwig, 83, of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Sunday, December 28, 2014 at The Grove Center in Lake Wales.
He was born August 9, 1931 in Lansing, Michigan to the late Vernon and Mary (Billeter) Ludwig and has been a resident of the area since 1997 moving here from Michigan. He was a retired Tool Maker for General Motors and a veteran of Korea serving in the US Army.
He is preceded in death by two daughters, Lorie Ludwig and Amy Hurley; sister, Alice
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Margaret Ludwig, daughter, Sandra Sackett and husband Tony of Frostproof; sisters, Helen DeMario and Judy Locke both of Charlotte, Michigan; 2 grandchildren Colleen Hatt and Toni Sackett.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Michigan.
