FROSTPROOF -- Mrs. Agnes Hammers White of Frostproof died of heart disease Monday (May 22, 2006) at home. She was 70.

Born in Tennessee on July 7, 1935, she came to Frostproof from there in 1972. She was a homemaker. She was of the Holiness faith.

Mrs. White was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Robert White. She is survived by three daughters; one brother; four sisters; 12 grandchildren; 13 greatgrandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Marion Nelson Funeral Home of Frostproof. Services will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Meade.
