Ada Gouge Potter

Ada Gouge Potter of Lake Wales passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at the Grace Health Care.

She was born February 19, 1924 in Bakersville, NC to the late Rom & Essie Jane (McKinney) Gouge; she came here from Johnson City, TN in 2004. She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Elizabethton, TN.

Survivors include her husband, Kenova Potter; daughters, Carol Goulds (Mel) of Lake Wales and Teresa Taylor (Stewart) of Dawsonville, GA; sister, Shirley Ingram of Simpsonville, SC; 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

No local services are scheduled.

Burial will be held at Happy Valley Memorial Park in Johnson City, TN under the direction of Tetrick Funeral Home.
