A. Louise Wetherington

A. Louise Wetherington, 78, a resident of Lake Wales, Florida, formerly of Casco, Maine, died Thursday, April 7th in Lake Wales, Florida following a long battle with cancer.

She was born May 31, 1932 in South Portland, Maine, the daughter of Leroy and Mary (Stultz) Pratt. She graduated from Windham High School and University of Southern Maine. In December of 1957 in Portland, she married Bruce C. Wetherington, Sr., he passed away February 19, 2007. Louise worked in the accounting department at National Semi Conductor in Portland until her retirement. She and her husband moved to Florida in 2002. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by her family. Her brothers would like to express their gratitude for being such a loving a caring sister and they will never forget what she did for them, helping to raise them when they were younger, due to their mother’s illiness.

She is survived by four sons, Frank, Mark, Bruce II and Thomas Wetherington; three daughters, Janice Demillo, Vicki Wetherington and Tina Finley; 26 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers, Wilfred J. Dionne, Marvin V. Dionne, Richard A. Dionne and Ron L. Dionne and many nieces and nephews.
